Mosaic for Earth – World Premier!

The New River Valley Symphony, Virginia Tech Choirs, Blacksburg Master Chorale, and Blacksburg Children’s Chorale combine to present the premiere of a new major work for choir and orchestra, composed and conducted by Dwight Bigler, Virginia Tech’s Director of Choral Activities and Blacksburg Master Chorale Music Director. Bigler’s new composition explores the wonders of nature and the challenges of modern civilization’s engagement with our environment. Special guest soloists will include renowned soprano and Virginia Tech alumna Danielle Talamantes.
