UTSA Artist in Residence- Liederabend

Soprano Danielle Talamantes and bass-baritone Kerry Wilkerson will present a Liederabend recital as part of their Fall, 2026 east coast tour. The University of Texas School of Music present this married couple in recital. Join for a meditative evening of German Liederabend in the beautiful Coates Chapel. This program invites audiences into the intimate and expressive world of German art song where poetry and music come together to illuminate the joys, sorrows, passions, and mysteries of the human experience. Featuring masterworks by Brahms, Felix & Fanny Mendelssohn, Schubert, Schumann, and Wagner, this program features one of classical music’s richest and most beloved traditions.
