Kicking off a major recital tour at The American Church in Paris, France, husband and wife team bass-baritone, Kerry Wilkerson and soprano, Danielle Talamantes will perform an all-American program featuring works by Copland, Bernstein, Ellington, and Dehlinger.

Professor Larry Vote will direct the Saint Mary’s College of Maryland Chamber Singers, guest soloists, and orchestra in his final college concert before retiring as a member of SMCM’s music faculty this spring.
The program will include Bach’s Magnificat, Mahler’s Rückert-Lieder and Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy. The soloists for the Bach and Beethoven will be Danielle Talamantes (soprano), Joan McFarland (soprano), Olivia Vote (mezzo-soprano), Rob Petillo (tenor) and Robert McDonald (bass). Brian Ganz will perform a piano solo for the Beethoven piece and guest artist Olivia Vote will perform Mahler’s Rückert-Lieder.
The concert is FREE to the public. Due to the expected overwhelming demand, this will be a ticketed event.
Embarking on a five-city recital tour, the community of Ashby Ponds in Ashburn, VA will be the first audience for husband and wife duo, bass-baritone, Kerry Wilkerson and Danielle Talamantes, soprano after returning from a triumphant recital in Paris, France. Collaborating with them on piano will be Mark Irchai.
